Magnolia Greens offers a collection of resident amenities designed around recreation, fitness, and time spent together. The community’s recreation facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness spaces, courts, a playground, and gathering areas, giving residents a variety of ways to stay active or simply enjoy time closer to home.

These amenities are part of the residential community and are separate from Magnolia Greens Golf Club. The golf course operates as a public facility with optional memberships, so living in Magnolia Greens does not require a golf membership.

RECREATION CENTER

At the Center of It All

The 8,800-square-foot Recreation Center brings many of Magnolia Greens’ year-round amenities together in one place. Inside, residents have access to a heated saltwater pool, fitness and workout spaces, a game room, lounge and meeting areas, along with locker rooms, showers, and saunas.

The facility provides a year-round complement to the community’s outdoor amenities, creating space for exercise, recreation, activities, or simply spending time with neighbors regardless of the season.

Fitness facilities provide space for both cardio and strength training, giving residents a convenient option for individual workouts close to home.

Two outdoor pools complement the Recreation Center’s heated indoor saltwater pool, while a playground, picnic and grilling areas add more options for spending time outdoors.
